I have a DSR-4400V Digicipher 2 receiver for sale. It's Unit ID is good and I have successfully tuned in some fixed key DC2 channels. I think this receiver might output 18v on both polarities, because I have only been successful tuning Horizontal polarities. Depending on your setup this might not be an issue.
