Friends 522 keeps missing timers ??

Friend of mines 522 keeps missing recording. I have tried reboot and reset to default and it still does it. Seems worse since L239 any suggestions ?

Did she delete all of the timiers and redo them?

Since the latest updates, you have to start TV2 at that location by pushing "power" twice instead of "select" before the recording is scheduled. Otherwise, it will call up a "check switch", and there will be no recording. We now have L2.39, and that didn't fix it.
