"Crash, winner of the 2005 Academy Award ® for Best Picture, makes its United States television premiere as part of SHOWTIME's "It's All for You" free preview weekend, Friday, March 31 through Monday, April 3. SHOWTIME is presenting a very strong line-up of top shelf programming for the preview, which for the first time in its 30 year history will be available to be viewed by a record 45,000,000 households"
Showtime is still showing up as a subscription channel on my Dish receiver. Maybe it doesn't start until this evening? Since they're boasting about "available . . by a record 45 million households", I assume Dish will let non-movie channel subscribers access it in HD?
I took Showtime, HBO, etc. for the 3 month free trial as a new subscriber, but dropped it after the free trial ended. I only watched the HD channels; the SD channels were unbearable to watch on my widescreen HDTV. And @ $30 / mo. for a few movies in HD, Netflix is a much better deal.
But, Free is good. : I've been wanting to see "Crash".
