I just tried, said not able to sign up at present and to use phone number.

Rather than deal with a CSR, I will just hold off for a while.

Ordered. Was able to do it online, took all of 30 seconds. I now have what could be called a 'crapload' of HD.

Question though (kind of a dumb one), does the 24-Month commitment mean you can't upgrade or downgrade? Or does that just mean you can't cancel for 24 months?

can't cancel the ATxxx package. I.E. you must stay at least at AT100
