FOX not being broadcasted on Direct TV

Without television service, what you get from your local cable company varies widely, and from day to day, too! I have Cox for internet and phone. They block virtually all channels except a few shopping channels and TBS. Go figure! There are no local channels available without paying for them.

What about the qam channels, most cable Co. allow the local qam channels to go thru.

The local hd channels are qam, but like I said, availability from one area to the next is different.

So did they resolve this? I noticed the World Series is being broadcast but I don't see an update on the Directvpromises website. I haven't checked the channel in a while so I don't know if they've been broadcasting other shows or if they just made arrangements to give us the WS.

Yes they resolved it. The hangup was Directv wanted a most favored clause in exchange for taking the higher fees on. They should have return right around the start of the world series last night.
