I am creating an all-football favorites list. It, obviously, contains all channels that show NFL and NCAA football games. Am I missing any?

Sadly, I can't afford both ST and ESPN GP.

My original list had Showtime, but they don't actually show games, so it went bye-bye. I don't have HBO.
