fast forward issue

When I fast forward the hopper skips forward several minutes after I hit play. It pretty much forces me to watch commercials. Has anyone else had this issue?

Dish's FF and REW have always done this and on other receivers besides Hopper/Joey. I use the Skip Forward and Skip Back buttons when I want to just skip over commercials.

It's very buggy on the Joey. Several have reported the same issue.
