Family Channel

I've been rocking the south of the boarder SC for a year now and want to take a break but my daughter loves Family. I know alot of the Canadian service subscribers here are also gurus. So my question; is their any other way a Pennsylvanian can get Family Channel. Any solution is open, IPTV, another sat. service that has a smaller base package that includes FC, or anything else.

Thanks, just trying to lower my monthly bills but keep the children happy.

Are there any non published subscription options for SC? As it stands now $40 is the lowest tier that gets me Family.
