thanks, but that is not the same ez remote which i got last year @ team summit. it has two concave sides, no picture icons, and has a system wizard button.it's unique (and seems inoperable-imagine that! oh,of course. it's dish!)

well, my office manager was responsible (last friday) for registering us for team summit and never hit the submit button. so that's going to be an expensive mistake. i called the ts support line and they said too bad, so sad. any suggestions would be welcome. i'm an advantage dealer (at a big disadvantage).
