Kind of confusing for me, at first I didn´t know if that woman was android robot, or what. Well, she´s some kind of bionic woman I guess.

I think that the alien baby is putting out mental vibes to make human males kill each other. After all they show every week the show title with" extinct and it turns to extant." This alien baby will be the next step in evolution for earth and surpass the present humans on earth, just like homo saphiens surplanted the neanderthal man. They have already showed Ethan drawing pictures about the family being "safe" in a space ship when the rest of the world goes extinct. The aliens needed a female for them to procreate and they didn't need the male astronaut. There is a good chance that Molly's boss's daughter-on the space ship- is still alive in some other capacity. I'm betting that the aliens want all the human males to kill each other off and they move in on the left over females, to use for their race to continue and for them to take over the earth.
The only real issue I have is that it is a boy. It probably should be a girl since the aliens would not have access to the Y chromosome. I could see the aliens using the human DNA to adapt to the environment with their own enhancements. Then I guess they could have stolen some Ys from Kryger, so Kryger may be the "baby daddy".
Except I never saw the vision of his mother touch him. Kryger went to great lengths to blow her out of the air lock. Molly let the vision of her first hubby touch her. I don't see a connection between the two.
Well he thought she never touched them. The aliens are just mental projections, remember only with a special algorithm could the camera even pick up an energy type of presence. It was acting like "she" was going out the airlock when really stealing what was needed.
So these aliens are some type of energy ?
What about the other part of DNA, that baby has human DNA from Berry (or Molly in this case) and also alien DNA of some kind.

It is not clear exactly what they are. Perhaps the image shown was some sort of remote communication, and not the actual aliens. It is of course science fiction, so eventually they could give us any explanation. Perhaps they are using a remote transmission to colonize the earth.
I guess we will have to wait and see where they are going with the story to know for sure, which way or the other.

Given Ethan's strange advancements (dreaming last week) perhaps the alien baby worked on his programming when Molly was carrying it.
Double episode also scheduled for next week August 27.

With all these double episodes, they must be rushing to end this show before the new fall season starts.
I understand the Finales for this show, was originally scheduled for the week when some fall shows will have their premiere.
It is almost as if they decided to move up the fall premiers. They (the networks) should know well in advance the schedules, and be able to plan summer series accordingly. It is odd to have all the double episodes.
