ExpressVu 9200 (942) remote question

Hi,

My inlaws just got an ExpressVU 9200 (942) they do not have a HD TV set yet so they are uising Tuner output 2 only. Problem is they want to back feed to their bedroom as well upstairs.

Can the remote #1 be made into another UHF remote or no?

Aside from carrying the other one wit them upstairs as I assume tuner 2 only works with the UHF remote ?

The normal #1 remote is NOT UHF.

TV2 only responds to UHF.

TV1 can be programmed to respond to UHF.

You can buy as many more UHF remotes as you like.

Just put the 9200 into single mode then BOTH remotes will control it. You will also get the PIP funtion then.
