EWTN in Spanish Audio??

So I signed up someone for DirecTV and they asked if we had EWTN I replied yes, so they signed up. They then come back after being installed not happy because EWTN is in English and not in Spanish (They had SuddenLink which had the channel in SAP I guess). I told them they didn't ask that question, but I told them I would try to see if you can change the audio. It currently is not listed as an SAP channel so they are out of luck correct??
