Even Transponders only on 61.5

Good Morning all. Had my 61.5 dish installed yesterday and am still having problems getting the "vooms." Talked with Tech support last night and they could not figure it out. I took some info on another thread about the signal strength and when I got home last night(prior to talking with Tech support) I adjusted 61.5 to a signal strength of 117 on transponder 10. I have a 921 and it will not let me see the odd transponders. Tech support said they will call me back within 24 hours, but I would like to see if anyone hear know of any issues.
Dish 500 at 119 and 110 with the new DPP and Dish 300 at 61.5 also with the DPP. When I do a check switch, everything looks good.
I am a newbie here, so if I am not posting the correct information, please let me know.

Your signal strength seems good, but it may still take a tweak or two to the dish to get those Voom channels tuned in. I still am not able to see the odd transponders, yet after re-peaking the Dish once or twice all Voom channels showed up regardless of whether or not I've got the odd number transponders. Keep at it...
