ESPN Sync Issues

I notice on ESPN the past two nights that there has been audio sync issues. I noticed this on a few other HD channels as well, but can't recall what they were. Is anyone else experiencing these issues and is there anything that can be done to fix this? I did do a reset which did not help.

Tonight's movie on FXHD was out of sync (Ice Age) but was fine on regular FX. From time to time these sync issues seem to appear & affect OTA/Mpeg-4/Mpeg-2 broadcasts equally. I've seen some of the software upgrades try to address this issue but I can't blame the receiver when the same thing happens using the TV's tuner. The FX audio sync was off on all my Mpeg-4 receivers (H20-100, H20-600 & a new HR21-100).

Watched a good bit of all the ESPN family and no issues here on any receivers.

Very odd. I noticed on Mike and Mike that the audio was way off too. ESPN News seemed ok though. No problems there.
