Error Code 07 on 522

I tried to record an event that was already in progress by pressing the record button and the red light came on indicating that it was recording.
When I tried to go back and watch the recording it was listed in the DVR events but only listed the time as 0:00 and there wasn't anything to view. I deleted it from the DVR list and it disappeared only to re-appear the next time i turned the receiver on. The description listed for that recording stated "a problem was encountered when opening the files for this DVR event. Please note the Error Code 07".
Is my hard drive going bad? I didn't want to run the diagnostics on it in fear that I may lose all my recordings.
What is error code 07?

Just do a power cord or power button reboot. Then the code 07 will go away. Several people like myself have experience the code 07 and the only way to make it go away is to do a reboot.
