Error 36

For the last 2 days I have been unable to connect remotely to my hopper. I keep getting an error 36 error. I have unplugged the hopper, restarted the browser and logged out and back in with no results.

any ideas?
 
Are you using dishonline.com or the DRA app? If you are using the app, what device are you using? If you are using dishonline.com, have you tried another browser? Is this happening from work, on the road, at a hotel, at home?

Er36 indicates an error in the handshake between the receiver and the server online. Usually a receiver reboot will fix this but if that doesn't work I would try resetting your router/modem. You can also try using www.dishanywhere.com and see if it works from the new site.
