Epix,Retro,Indie?

Does any one know why these channels are showing up in different areas??There in the 290'S and also there normal channel #'s...Are they moving?

Free preview, check channel 102.

So they are in the high 200's because of a free preview. Then Epix will stay in 380 because moving them around 295 is stupid because of that cruddy commercial ridden Reelz channel on 299.
