Dish movie pack/Epix app

Is the Epix mobile app not included with the Dish Movie Pack? Epix channels are part of it, but when I log into the app it tells me I'm not allowed to watch movies and I need to upgrade. The website is a bit unclear, or at least makes no mention one way or the other.

Call Dish. I have the old vip211k receiver, but I cannot get the live streaming as my receiver is too old. However, I did buy a Fire Stick and I get Dish Anywhere there, but except for a couple services, I cannot get live streaming on most of the apps. But they are available on Demand.

I have movie pack and EPIX app works fine on my iPhone 6.
