EPG on 222K

Can it be true that a receiver in the year 2012 still gets less than 24 hours of program guide data? Since my install a week ago, the max time outward for the EPG has been 23 hours. I know the DVR 722 and HOPPER have something like 9 days or so, but it doesn't seem right that another advanced receiver of today (222k) compared to the counterparts of say 10 years ago have the same capacity for EPG.

Does your 222 have a hard drive to store the program guide? You chose the wrong receiver.

Your 222 should have the standard 44 hour guide.

Agreed. My 222k epg extends out to 44 hours.
