I noticed that Directv has turned off the page where you can send email requesting customer support or problems. If you do enter a message, it says the "page is not available".
At the bottom of the DirecTV page is a Feedback link. This will take you to a page where you enter your name, account and a choice of topics. I sent one today complaining about the over compression of locals. I know its a waste of time, but I felt better. I didn't get anything back about 'not being available'.
