Hey guys got a question. After installing the new reflector, lnb, etc. Assuming I have a clear LoS, level mount, and the dish is properly dithered. The tech said he was getting -27db on meter and followed through the steps. Is it possible to still get failing EIV results particularly on the 99 or 103 when there is say a major storm like the one that hit east just a few days ago? The install was in Northern Ohio, cloudy but no snow as storm edge was about 200 miles south. Not sure if the dish was pointing above the cloud tops or through them. Curious to get your thoughts on what the possible causes would be or if this a normal thing that happens. This was another tech's job but I myself had this issue a month ago in a rain storm on the 99 slot. Thanks in advance
