Edision SL-2 LNBF - review

So will a universal LNBF with a 10600 LO work just fine for the things I've been thinking I need 10750 for?

A universal LNB is actually better than a standard LNB in some cases. For example, since you're in AL, you may be able to receive the low Ku-band frequencies at 117W from 10970 to 11670 MHz by using your universal LNB with LO set to 9750 MHz and 22 kHz set to OFF. The 117W Eutelsat 117 West B footprint falls over your area. There are some Mexican transponders available.

Good point, I had not even noticed those. I thought all the low-Ku were in Europe.

I'm not getting anything from 117-B at the moment, think I need a bigger dish. From 117-A, I'm getting some of the Tigo encrypted, BVN and BYU. Good excuse to get a universal LNBF and find a bigger antenna.
