Echostar AD - 3600 IP Viaccess - " No User LNB Setting Menu "

To - All Echostar AD-3600 Viaccess - Users

After I upgrde the above receiver with the latest version below :-

" EcoNav 3.05 - Version 1100 " on Nov. 16, 2004 withe Important Note :-

Features - 1- Added automatic National/Local Channel Change .
2- Improved fixed dish-motorized behavior .
3- Updated satellite and transponder database .
First :-
The USER LNB SETTING Menu does not come , Can anybody tell me
What is wrong ?

Second :-

Before and Aftre upgrading , when I press the white button " DVR " on the remote control to Add new transponders by selecting " Add Data " the following menu comes :-

1- SAT
2- Frequency
3- Polarity
4- SKEW -------->
5- Symbol Rate
6- Video PID
7 -Audio PID
8 -PCR PID
-----------------------------------------------
When I input all data of the above pararmeters , by using the Up/Down button and when I reach #4- SKEW the cursor skip #4 - SKEW , when I look
at the user manual , It says this:- " skew To Ajust the Horizontal/Vertiacl setting ( only for polarotor ) " . But I am connecting the wires opf the polarotor to the receiver , because I am using Chaparral C/Ku Feedhorn with Wideband Ku-LNB , and C-Band LNB . therefore why SKEW does not respond
to the connection ? Can anybody tell what is wrong ?

Third :-

The receiver above does not have " FEC " field , they say the receiver will input the FECs automatically for all frequencies . But the receiver does not accept all frequencies with FEC = 7/8 . Can anybody what is wrong ?

You would be best off finding a European Satellite Forum as the Echostar FTA receivers are not sold or are they supported here in the United States.
