Yes. We can get 119 sat as well as 129 sat with a 3 meter ku band dish but signal strength for both is horrible now. When it rains, it is even worse. The problem with the "new" brazilian echostar 23 or 110 sat is that it does not have anything "good". We need Dish Corp to move 129 Ciel sat channels over to 110w sat. By the way, I was told that 110 sat can be seen with 1 meter / 3 foot dish in CR. We are set for another 20+ years in the region with echostar 23 but call dish to have them send better channels, specially locals such as ABC CBS FOX and NBC. I will most likely connect a "Jynxbox" to 110w, I need to know what it is really inside the stream.
