Should we expect to see some shuffling of locals off the spotbeams on E-12 in the downlink reports to fully test all the TPs on E-15?
Wondering, what is the fate of E3, is it going to be de-orbited or is it going to the 148 slot to live out it's final days?
If they are moving core Hd and premiums and PPV to 72.7. Whats the new sat ( Echo15) going to be used for?
What will this new 61.5 give ? They been getting people to move from it to 129 around here for months now so what gives? IMO they should now just add what is new from 129 to the new 61.5 so this migration doesn't have to happen since many users are still unable to get a LOS for 129 and locals are all on 110 or HD locals are all on 129.

Two-Line Element Set. A set of coefficients for a equation that models the path of an orbiting satellite. Contrary to common myth, it is not a snapshot (that could be described by coordinates as opposed to calculus).Forgive a noobie, but what is TLE?
Does anyone know if this site is accurate? It says that E-15 is at 61.62 this morning. It is probably normal, I am Just curious, thanks
