ECHO 16 & 17 QUESTION

I just noticed that there is a E17 launch in June to 107.1 which seems to be an all Spot sat and then I read that E-16 which was moved to June now is August again which is the one going to 61.5.

Does anyone know were is E17 getting ahead of 16 and what it's purpose.

Latest FCC filings indicate E16 launch is "as early as August" so figure sometime in the 3rd quarter (maybe).
