They've been running it over and over for at least a year that I know of. Ebay does nothing to remove it.

It's my understanding in the case of Wikipedia if you credit them you can do whatever with it. The sticking point is if something in Wikipedia you are using cannot be used to make a profit, such a photo.

Because the world is full of schmucks is why! You could probably glue to pieces of paper together then list it and someone would bid on it! I bought a used race car off of fleabay a few years back. Ask me how that worked out! Like I said, Schmucks everywhere, and liars too!
