Easy RSN clarification

I think this should be easy, but three different CSRs have told me three slightly different things.

I live in Kansas City. I want to make sure that the Top 250 package I've ordered (as a new customer) will include Fox Sports Midwest so that I can see the KC Royals and St. Louis Blues games I can see now with my cable subscription.

I have no interest in the other regional Fox Sports channels, I just want FSMW. Is it included in that package due to it being my RSN, or do I need to purchase the sports package? This seems so convoluted that an easy question becomes far too complex, in my opinion.

Go to Dish.com, under local channels, put in your zip code. This will create a list of your local channels and the rsn's you would get.
