Eastern Arc vs Western Arc

I have a question regarding the EA and WA setups and whether I could still get a WA setup on the east coast. I am on the wrong side of the building (11th floor high-rise) to hit the Eastern Arc but have clear LOS of the Western Arc. It looks like my HD locals are on 61.5 but I have an excellent view of the transmission towers to get the HD locals OTA. Could I be setup with a 1000.2/.4 WA (110/119/129) setup in Northern Virginia and still get all my channels?

Yes.
Apart from your HD locals, all SD and HD will be on the WA.

Thanks for that. I want to be armed with info when I call the installation company tomorrow to get someone out to make this install correct. They will be returning to fix my OTA tripod the install tech disassembled to scavenge parts off to install a 500 dish pointed at 110/119 only. I figure they can setup a correct dish and get me all my channels during that time.

It would be interesting if a VA installer had a 1000.2 dish. Or a 1000.4 dish with the new WA LNB AY. Maybe two 500 dishes.

The tech Dish sent to fix everything (actually had a Dish logo'd van and uniform instead of a station wagon with a ladder roped to the top) walked in the door with a 1k4 dish but had an EA LNB set. Three phone calls and a 20 minute trip later, he had a 1k4 WA LNB set to mount up.

I've already had a couple neighbors ask how I got Dish to setup on this side of the building, as they were told they couldn't get service. After showing one guy the setup and that I am receiving the local HD's with a temporary $2 rabbit ear set from Big Lots sitting in the window, he was headed out to call Dish and schedule his install again.
