DVR and green screens

Title says it all.

A couple times while watching a recorded movie I will get a green screen. Hitting the quick fast-forward button gets past it. I assume its an error in the recording but I thought those would usually be things like a frozen picture, stutters or blocking. Also once in awhile I get jumpy framerates on recordings. Same problem or is that one something else?

Could be a signal issue actually... but could also be a glitch hard drive(more likely)

but jumpy and green sounds more like maybe a frog got into your receiver (most likely)

Frogs. Hmmm. Strangely enough we havent had many flies around here lately so perhaps you are right. :

HDMI. I assume since it occurred in the same place every time I replayed that section it was the recording. Perhaps the error screwed with the connection temporarily.
