Duplicate channels

I have recently upgraded to HD silver onto the top 200 programming. I am in NJ using satellites 110,119 & 61.5. I receive Some channels boyh in HD and Sd on 2 and sometimes 3 channels. Since a lot of satellite changes occur as seen on uplink reports, which channels should I be using?

Example-TNT HD are received on channels 138-6201 &9420
HD net 362-6204 & 9422

I guess my question is is there a series of channels which are the most permenant not soon to be moved or shut down in my favorites list?

138 is a mapdown of 9420 ( it can be turned off in the menu under local channels) 6204 is a temporary mpeg-2 channel that will dispeer at the end of this month
