Dumped charter after 16 months of poor service

As of 2/19 I am no longer a charter customer and now have a nice bundle with bellsouth.

Reasons for the leave:

20+ service calls to fix video pixeling, lock up and drop out on channels from the premiums down to the locals though it took 15 months for it to get to the locals.

Audio drop out on the same channels.

Internet that was experiencing drasticly slow downs.

VOIP service that had started dropping calls / dropped audio on one side or the other.

Price increase from $119 to $177 in one month.

I am paying 55$ for 10Mbps connection+ Telephone and 89$ for the premier package (direcTV).
So I am on the same boat.
I wish DirecTV had an HD package only like Dish Network has, maybe that would help decreasing my monthly bill.
I rarely ever watch SD channels anymore.
