DTV On Demand

I recently got DTV and my HR-22 is connected to the internet. I verified the connection in the DTV setup/network menu. I then went DTV on-demand website and chose some FREE shows to record. I even got the confirmation email from DTV about my on-demand selections.

It has been over three days and none of the recordings are showing up on my DVR. Any ideas on what's going on?
 
What do you get when you go to channel 1000, which is the On Demand channel. Can you see a bunch of programs there available, if yes, try to find them and download them from there. If not try a reboot and wait 24 hours to see if the On Demand channels populate.
