Are these XM channels going to be free, the banners say coming November 15th

I have the Total Choice + package
Says TC+ will receive 67 XM channels addl 31

Is this an additional 31 channels from what was here ?
That is what I am guessing, not addl 31 dollars

It's 31 more channels, not 31 more dollars! Since you have TC+, you will get everything for free but a couple of the Latin music channels.
