Downgrade online

Can you downgrade your programing on line? I know you can upgrade on line

There's a bunch of changes you can't make online...Why, I don't know, but you can only add a few basic features online.

Call during off-hours and you'll be fine. The CSR's at 3am are actually pretty helpful...

The idea is for you to call in to downgrade so one of their CSR's can talk you out of it or atleast side grade to a different package

The idea is to keep CSR's with jobs so everything isn't 100% online. Ya think?
