It is still a problem where Dolby Digital audio drops out and stutters on my home theater. It has done it on this HT receiver and my previous receiver. Does anyone else have this concern?

I lost my DD sound a couple of weeks ago. A reset fixed it.

How is your receiver connected to the AV receiver, HDMI or optical? The audio drop outs have been there since day one for me but by using optical I hear them less now. I'm going D* receiver to TV with HDMI and TV to AV receiver using optical. My TV passes Dolby D to the AV receiver (I didn't know for the longest time).

I first used Optical, but HDMI also dropped for a few seconds and stuttered.

I have not had this issue for a very long time.

I use HDMI for all of my connections.
