Haven't touched anything today and the logs look fine.

But with that said I will be working on it in a few minutes to return it to the original configuration before I imported the database the other day. (I had to change the file size limit so it would accept the size of the database I had to import.)

But that fix should just take a moment.

Would your work have caused issues with uploaded photos? The last two posts in the Pets thread have the photo file name, not the photo:

I see both pics this morning.

My guess is it was the system working on them. I installed an app for Xenforo which is recompressing all the attachments to save space and help load times as well. It is a lossless compression.

It only does a few hundred a day not to slow the system down. However when new posts are made those photos are queued up to be recompressed as well, but at the end of the batch, thus just showing the file name until it was processed.

Thats my guess anyways.

I have just updated our search engine software for the forum.

This update requires the search index to be reindexed to take advantage of the new features. (what features those are... I don't know)

So the reindexing is happening now.

Work only took a few seconds and was successful. Also there was a kernel update available so I rebooted to update that as well.

This server takes about 30 seconds to reboot. I am so impressed with this server.

No work being done so far today. I have seen the error before at other places, and normally its a browser issue, exit it and go back in and everything is usually fine.

That's not funny. That happened to me on a surgery. My chest hurt for over a year from that one, (resusitation) and for other reasons, I wished I had never had that particular surgery.
