Does teh DISH 722 have to be professionally installed??

I just got off the phone with DISH CSR and they said for me to get the lease of the 722 at $199 and then get the $100 rebate I would have to have it professionally installed....She said they have to install a DISH 1000....I already have DISH at 110, 119 and 61.5...... All of the HD From what I can see in the DISH Channel Chart is either at 110 or 61.5 with mirrors of certain channels at 148 and 129...I live on the East Coast....All I want them to do is send me the receiver but they said no..any help appreciated...Thanks
