Does DISH have an answer to DirectTv Now and other net apps?

Here I use the streaming Roku & Chromecast as add/ons as the channels I cannot get with Dish. Like the CNN Now app has CNN International. Since Ihave CNN through Dish, a provider I get their streaming app for free. Many other channels are the same way. Starz, Epix, HBO, are great to have streaming as it gives me "On demand" all for free since I have the channels through Dish. I would never drop Dish to go just streaming as we do have down times. The speed for Charter is decent at 45-55 via wifi. A direct connection gives me 60+. Living in a rural area, not much slow down in the speed either. No DSL available out here and even if it was, they offer 15-20 at the most for nearly what I pay for Charter. But the Roku gives me a lot of "extra" product and most of it is for free.
At least Charter gives you decent speed for what you pay - my area pays the same as everyone else only the speed here is max 30, not 60. One price for all is ridiculous (other options are worse).
