does anyone know TBS MOI Streaming TV Box or watch satellite TV on portable devices

I saw TBS MOI Streaming TV Box on its official webiste,it says the MOI enables you to watch and share both free-to-view satellite and encrypted television on any PC, iPad, iPhone, notebook,iPod and Sony Playstation 3.
Does anyone know this??It's preorder on buydvb.net,with a mini tv stick as free gift.I want to get it.
