DOD Issues

I am trying to use the Directv on Demand feature and I am having issues with downloading content. I have used it in the past but for some reason it will not allow downloads. I am getting "Download Paused" on every item that I try to download. i went into the network settings and it still passes the connection test. I have also reset all network settings with no luck.

Anybody have any further suggestions?

have you done a hard reset or a software download. the latest is ox34c

Only thing I have not tried is the reset as the wife had a program recording at the time. I do have the latest software on the DVR already.

It passed the connection test, but does it report a connection to the internet?
