do sprint employees have 1 or 2 year contracts

I dont know why , but I was just woundering if sprint employees have to agree to a 1 or 2 year contract ? IF they upgrade or change phones

I don't know about Sprint but my son sold Verizon for a while, cheap plan, cheap phones, no commitment. They wanted them to have the latest and greatest.
