Do DISH installers also sell/install OTA antennas?

I have an HD upgrade installation scheduled for tomorrow and am wondering if I can just buy an OTA antenna from the installer and have him install it when he upgrades my system. I 'm bundled through ATT and called their DISH customer support to ask about it. The CSR I talked with didn't have a clue. I live in South Bend, IN and I'm not even sure if I need an OTA antenna.

Some installer have ota antennas in stock, but they are very low end and they will charge you to install it. If you need a high quality one, get it elsewhere.
