DN500 Installation/Location Question

Can I install my dish on the pipe coming out of my roof carrying the power line to the fuse box? Perfect location on my roof. Will there be any EMF trouble?

It can be done but be very very very careful of electrocution danger. Definitely not recommended.

Seriously, don't attempt this! Those power wires are not protected by your panel's 200 amp breakers. You accidentally touch those and you can get in excess of 50,000 amps through your body.

Alright. How about, it's a violation of code and the power company can disconnect your power at the pole if they feel the dish is a hazard. They probably will. Reconnection at the pole is pretty expensive as it has to be done live.

Ok, Ok, I get it. I was mostly worried about the interference as I am moving the dish closer to the TV. I don't have a problem mounting on the roof, but need to find proper pole mount. Was on TV tower.
