Dishplayer 7200 Class action lawsuit

I received this mailing today also...couldn't for the life of me figure out what it was for. The envelope was unlabeled and there was no letter inside. I went as far as calling Dish to find out what was up. Of course, they were clueless ("All our coupons are for $3.99. Those must be for some other provider". I received five coupons, and I owned two 7100s for several years.

What if you are no longer a customer?

I just received an unmarked envelope from P.O. Box 11068, Denver, CO 80211. It contained eight PPV coupons. I assume this is the settlement.

Hmm... I wonder if I can send them in to DirecTV? I paid a lot of money for the privilege of being a Dishplayer "beta tester" and now they want to pay me in worthless coupons? I left Dish (mainly) due to that POS.

$4.52

Got eight coupons all for $4.52 today as settlement for the DP issue. I'm glad to have them and I had my frustrations with the DP but I was not unhappy. Has anybody used any of these yet to see how it works on your bill?
