Uh.....Saginaw/Flint/BayCity Locals removed???? I'm going to wait patiently for the other half of this uplink to come out in the next few minutes.....at the same time, looking up Charter's phone number in my phone book.

This is why I dont think they are done with the uplinks for the day. DNSC has them listed as being turned on today.
