Do not know the correct answer but I would say it involves the cost of new installations for the old timers on Dish

7095 ESBT is actually called SBT2, it's local as sub channel 22.2 from WSBT South Bend, IN

Funny that dish uplinks it as ESBT but they list the EPG uplink correctly as WSBT2

You do not give your location which makes it difficult to answer the question.

TP 07 was a spot beam on the old satellite and will be CONUS on the new satellite.

It is unclear as to whether you are picking up the old satellite or the new one on TP 07.
