Dish'n it up in Hawaii?

Just got a 1 meter dish installed to get 110 and interested in the offer with a 622.

Spoke to a CSR who said: "contact a local retailer". The retailer who installed the dish said to call Dish direct. It's a weekend, so unable to call the local guy. Anyone have an idea why the Dish folks put me off??

I believe in Alaska and Hawaii, you must go through a local dealer.

What I found out was that you have to contact your original installer. Did that. Will be installed next Wednesday. Thanks again.
