Dish upgrade

I have a Dish DVR 510 and a 301 receiver and I would like to upgrade to hd.
I would like to upgrade to a VIP622 and add another receiver.Will Dish do this?
Does anybody know what this would cost? Are ther any rebates on this equipment.

$299 and a 18 month commitment for the 622. Any other HD receivers you - probably will have to purchase.
