Dish Sling Adapter Red Light Missing

Noticed a few days ago that the red light on my sling adapter on my 722K is out although it is still working, when I unplug the adapter from the usb port and replug it there is a message sating "Sling Adapter Detected and a red light will indicate that installation is complete", except I never get a red light. Is the missing red light a sign of future problems?

Could be... Just upgrade to the hopper... No more problems...

Are you able to use Dishanywhere? That will tell you if your 722 sees it or not.

Led probably burned out. If it works don't worry about it

The sling adaptor works pretty good with the 722

No need for Hopper around here, 722 and Sling Adapter serves me perfectly well in terms of equipment. As said probably the LED is dead, if it still works don't worry about it, if it fails get Dish to replace it.
